Those who were born in China or used to have Chinese Nationality apply for Chinese visas with foreign passports for the first time (or no Chinese visas shown on the applying passports), their Chinese Passports (original and copy) or other foreign passports of the applicants with Chinese visas (original and copy) should be attached together with the application documents. If applicants can not provide those documents mentioned above, they are advised to come in person directly to the Chinese Embassy for visa application submission. Extra forms need to be filled under such a circumstance and the length of visa processing will be 10 to 20 working days.
