Instructions for Application by Post

i. Prepare all the required material for application after carefully reading the instructions for the type of visa you need. The Centre is unable to provide express services for postal applications.

ii. Applicants are advised to complete their visa application forms online and print them out with a barcode created automatically by our system. 

iii. Any visa applications sent to the Center through postal service, Royal Mail Special Delivery is suggested. Please take down the tracking number of your package so that you can obtain the status of your package from Royal Mail.  

iv. For the purpose of returning processed applications from the Centre back to the applicant, a Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope must be provided with the return address clearly written on the envelope and centre staffs have no responsibility for filling in the return address on the return envelope for all applications by post. Applicants are also advised to take down the return delivery tracking number in order to obtain the status of delivery from Royal Mail. Visa Centre will NOT be responsible for any problems caused if applicants’ return envelope without a return address.

v. Please go through our Application by Post Check List to make sure all documents have been fully prepared before sending your application out to the Centre. 

vi. Please be reminded that only debit card will be accepted as method of payment for all applications by post (cash is unacceptable). Please fill in the Debit Card Payment Authorization Form and include it in your application.
